Artcore / Fabrice Marcolini was converted by renowned Italian architect Ugo Bruno, whose speciality is the conversion from historic to contemporary. The space has been transformed into one of Canada's largest private contemporary art galleries from its original destination as an 1832 whiskey distilling facility. Located in the heart of the distillery district, Artcore / Fabrice Marcolini provides a unique and historic context juxtaposed to the ultimate contemporary design for your next event.

The 6000 sq. ft. / 550 sq. metre main gallery offers your guests ample space for your next corporate event, product launch, fundraising event, film festival party, meeting, convention, cocktail reception, closing dinner, wrap party, media launch, wedding reception, Bar Mitzvah, or any other private event. The main gallery has 26 foot-high ceilings punctuated by 9 columns, four beautiful arched windows and four skylights that deliver a perfect natural ambient light. The atmosphere can be enhanced by tracked lighting on dimmers.

Designed to host dinner parties for up to 250, buffet for 360 guests, or cocktail receptions for up to 550 guests. 20 washrooms and ample parking for 400 cars are at your disposal.

The catering kitchen on the main floor is equipped with 220-volt outlets, a double industrial kitchen sink, and a ventilation system. A state of the art sound system is installed and can be controlled to play in the entire gallery or specific rooms.

We also offer two 500 square foot private meeting rooms with a capacity to sit up to 30. They are fully equipped with audio/visual, multimedia, and PowerPoint presentation capabilities. Wireless internet access is also available throughout the gallery. A small, fully equipped kitchen is available for the meeting rooms on the mezzanine. The gallery and bathrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
