The Earth taken from Apolo 17 in December 1972 (NASA catalogue AS17-148-22727). The photograph has been refashioned using photomosaic freeware, linked to Google’s Image Search function. The final result is a composite of 10,000 images available on the Internet that responded to the words "heaven", "purgatory" and "hell" in English, French and Spanish as search criteria.
