Leonardo’s Last Supper detail. The picture has been refashioned using photomosaic freeware, linked to Google’s Image Search function. The final result is a composite of 10,000 images available on the Internet that responded to the names of the chefs in France, Spain, Great Britain and Italy awarded with three Michelin Guide stars as search criteria: Ferrán Adrià, Juan Mari Arzak, Martín Berasategui, Georges Blanc, Heston Blumenthal, Paul Bocuse, Michel Bras, Carlo Cracco, Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire, Michel Guérard, Marc et Paul Haeberlin, Thomas Keller, Jacques Lameloise,Bernard Loiseau, Gualtiero Marchesi, Guy Martin, Bernard Pacaud, Frères Pourcel, Alain Passard, Gordon Ramsey, Eric Ripert, Joël Robuchon, Olivier Roellinger, Michel Roux, Carme Ruscalleda, Santi Santamaria, Guy Savoy, Alain Senderens, Pierre et Michel Troisgros, Marc Veyrat, Jean George Vongerichten, Jean-Claude Vrinat, Antoine Westermann.
